Morning Work:

Reading:
For reading today both classes worked on Point of View. We watched a Flocabulary video over the different points of view and took some notes. Then the class completed a work sheet over First, Second, and Third Person point of view.

Social Studies:

Mr. Pontious' class continued their work with the Native Americans. Today we introduced the Aztec Indian tribe. We watched a video called "25 little known facts about the Aztec", read an article, and  took some notes on their culture and way of life. Then we answered a few questions about the Aztec Indians.

Language:
Today in language, Mrs. Graff's class worked with using quotation marks in dialogue. We watched a Flocabulary video over when and how to use quotation marks. Then we completed a worksheet that allowed us to use quotation marks in sentences with dialogue.
