Today in Social Studies both classes took a quiz over the Inuit, Anasazi, and Mound Builder tribes.
Then we read an article about DNA that has been found linking Native Americans in America with remains found in Siberia, which supports our Land Bridge Theory we have been discussing.
Reading:
Today for reading, both classes continued our work with figurative language and theme. We used today to wrap up our unit on poetry and make sure our poetry packets were complete.
We also introduced the new vocabulary words for this week.
