Morning Work:




Reading:

Today we finished Frindle and we used our inference skills by applying our background knowledge and the text. We were focused on finding the evidence in the book.

This is the teacher's model. I modeled Nick's Changes. 
Mrs. Pontious' students only had to complete Mrs. Granger's changes.

Today's Vocab assignment was making images for all our words this week (Week4)


Social Studies:


Mr. Pontious' class

Today we began a new unit in Social Studies. Our target was to identify a theory, specifically the Land Bridge Theory, and explain the routes of the migration of the natives from Asia.''

 Mrs. Graff's class had a review lesson to prepare for their comma quiz tomorrow.
