Today we started our projects. The student chose jobs and formulated a plan for the week.
They will continue their work on their projects the rest of the and the beginning of next week!
READING
Today we merged our learning of Figurative Language lessons into Poetry. This launched our Poetry Unit. We will first focus on Close Reading poems, discuss different types of poem and parts of poems, and finally, we will write our own poems.We will be creating poetry books, too.
