Today students worked in small groups to complete their Midwest resource packets and to study their landform maps.

Today in reading our target was still to be able to use specific details from the text to describe characters.

I DO: Today we had our first interactive note lesson. The students learned that they will have a teacher side of notes (left) used during instruction, and a student side of notes (right) used for independent practice.
WE DO: I completed the Clementine character traits in the I do part and then the students helped with Margaret Character traits.
You do: Students read chapters 3-4 in Frindle to complete their student side of the notes. (They may not have this finished today. We will have more time tomorrow for this sheet.)
