Science: We began creating our planet models today! Students were given some artistic freedom when deciding how they would create their model. They came up with a shopping list of the materials they needed to create their model. Then, with the help of some donations and a Walmart run, we purchased the materials the students wanted. All students painted their models today. Tomorrow, we will finish up our planet model with fun details like rocks and glitter!
Math: Today we did math centers. Their were four centers that the students participated in. Our main focus was on rounding and comparing decimals, however, their were also a division and Study Island Center.
